Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during launches, holidays, or periods of high demand.

  • Australia

Estimated Delivery Times

New Zealand: 7–12 business days

Australia: 8–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on local courier services, customs processing, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

All orders include tracked shipping where available.

Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order.

LumSco is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
