Return & Refund Policy

At LumSco, we want every piece to arrive exactly as expected. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused and in their original condition
  • returned with original packaging
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact us at contact@lumsco.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how to send your item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • sale items
  • gift cards
  • personalized or custom-made products
  • used or damaged items not caused during delivery

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@lumsco.com.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must remain unused and in original condition with packaging included.
